YMCA Audition

I was asked to Guest Teach a class at the West Seattle YMCA. If you are a YMCA member, joining this class is part of your membership. If you are not a YMCA member, please inquire how you can come to this class as a guest. The West Seattle YMCA is a haven for those who do not feel welcome in typical yoga studio environments. Over the years, Sarah and Jim, Cherie and Kaitlin have formed an amazing space to be together in a welcoming and inclusive yoga environment. My hope is to contribute to this community once or twice a week offering trauma informed yoga for a diverse community, welcoming new, seasoned, and ambivalent yogis to a safe space. Come join me, please. You are more than welcome. You are loved.
