Rogue Yoga popping up at Neighborhood House for our first of (hopefully) many free yoga offerings.

Please join us indoors for an opening class introducing yoga to our community. This class is all levels.

If you have a yoga mat, a blanket, and blocks, please bring them. If not, we will have some to share with you!

Space is limited to 20 people.

There is no cost for this class and all are welcome. If you would like to make a donation, you may, but there is no expectation.
