I offer individual counseling services to adults.
I am a provider with Regence BlueShield and Group Health insurance (select plans). I also work with several Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) including ComPsych, First Choice, and Wellspring. If you have another kind of insurance and your insurance covers mental health services, I will help you request reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks made out to Drawbridge Counseling, and credit and debit cards.
Attending therapy sessions weekly will provide continuity and you will see results more quickly.
Helpful questions to ask your insurance company:
Do I have mental health coverage?
How many sessions are allowed?
What is my deductible/Have I met my deductible/How much will I need to spend in order to meet my deductible?

If I am not a preferred provider for your insurance:
Is there coverage for out of network providers? How much is covered (percentage)
If I pay out of pocket to the provider, how would I receive reimbursement?
